Member Guest Policy

  1. Each member family will be allowed guest visits over the summer at $8.50 per guest. A member must be with the guest at all times.
  2. All guests or their parent/guardian, if they are under 18, must file a guest waiver before entering the pool facilities or at the office when entering the pool.
  3. House guests and boarders pay a guest fee once and after that are able to use the pool without a charge for the period that they are house guests/ a boarder.  They do not need to be accompanied by a member. These cases must be registered in the office, and they must fill out a waiver when being registered at the office. House guests with a local regular residence must be cleared by the board.
  4. Larger groups of 6-12 guests must be arranged through the manager/assistant manager. These will be booked for a 2-hour duration and only one reservation may be booked at a time.
  5. Nonmembers “sneaking in” will not be allowed to enter for the remainder of the summer. Any member judged to be an accomplice in such a situation will be suspended for a period of time determined by the manager.
  6. Babysitters must be registered in the office by the member family. They will be charged one guest fee for the entire summer, similar to house guests and they must fill out a waiver when being registered or if under 18, their parent/guardian must file the waiver.
  7. Nonmembers babysat by a member are treated as any other guest. The parent/guardian of these nonmembers must file a waiver for each child that will be babysat at the pool.
  8. Members are responsible to help their guests learn and follow all the club and pool rules including making sure they file guest waivers.
  9. There may be times when no guests are allowed, and it is up to management to decide when this will occur.  They will notify members and users by email. Some instances where this might happen is opening and closing weekends and when high temperatures are forecasted.

RENTALS

The pool is also available for rent  to members and their guests when not regularly open. We can accommodate groups up to 75 people. Rates, times, and availability vary. Contact the pool manager if you are interested in finding out more.

BARBECUES, TABLES, AND CHAIRS

The barbecues, tables, and chairs are available for ALL to use on a first come, first serve basis.  Please be sure to clean the barbecues and tables when you are done using them.  Ask the at the office if you need equipment/supplies to clean them.
